Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Dento365, a dental clinic management platform operated by Schneide (“Dento365”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or starting a trial, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms on behalf of your dental clinic or practice.

1. The service

Dento365 provides software for managing dental clinic operations — appointments, patient records, dental charting, treatment plans, prescriptions, billing, lab orders, inventory, and related reporting. We may add, change, or discontinue individual features over time as the product evolves; we'll aim to give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively rely on.

2. Free trial

New accounts may start a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform, with no credit card required to begin. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. We do not automatically charge you at the end of a trial you haven't converted to a paid plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans (currently Starter, Growth Clinic, and Multi-Branch) are billed in advance, in Indian Rupees, on the cadence shown for that plan on our Pricing page (for example, Starter is billed annually and Growth Clinic half-yearly) at the rate shown at the time of purchase
  • Plan pricing may change; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before a price change takes effect on their account
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't offer refunds for the current billing period already paid, except where required by law
  • If a payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable grace period, we may suspend access to the account until payment is made

4. Your data, and your patients' data

You (the clinic) own the patient and clinical data you enter into Dento365. We act as a data processor for that information — we store and process it on your behalf and on your instructions, and we don't use it for any purpose outside operating the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for obtaining any consents from your patients required by law for you to record and process their information, and for your own compliance with applicable healthcare recordkeeping and data-protection regulations, including the DPDP Act.

If you close your account, you can request an export of your data. We retain data for a reasonable period after closure to allow for export and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Dento365 for any patient records or clinic you're not authorised to manage
  • Attempt to access another clinic's account or data without authorisation
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written agreement
  • Use the platform's WhatsApp/SMS messaging features to send anything other than legitimate appointment, recall, or clinic-related communication to your own patients
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable law, including healthcare and data-protection regulation in your jurisdiction

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep Dento365 available and performant, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis — we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability. Support is available via the contact channels on our website, with priority support for Multi-Branch plan subscribers as described on our Pricing page.

7. Limitation of liability

Dento365 is a practice-management tool — it does not provide clinical, medical, or legal advice, and the accuracy of clinical records depends on what your staff enter. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Dento365 and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, engages in abusive use, or fails to pay outstanding fees after reasonable notice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or applicable law changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes, we'll notify active accounts. Continued use of Dento365 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of Dento365 will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
